Structurally, the main transformations were the incorporation of one of the three original bedrooms into the living room and the removal of the plaster lining to take advantage of the existing slab. The result was a wider living room, with higher ceilings and an exposed concrete slab full of charm.

The color palette, punctuated by vibrant tones interspersed with the gray of the concrete, it helps to sectorize each room.
